A closed deal triggered eleven manual steps across six tools. Each step was somebody remembering to do it, and the handoffs between departments were where things quietly fell through.

An event-driven pipeline where closing a deal provisions the account, raises the first invoice, opens the onboarding ticket and notifies the owner. Failures retry and surface to a human instead of vanishing.
